Description: Dutch extreme metal entity Kaeck return with Paterhexolimaat, a track from their brand new album Gruwelijk Onthaal. Formed in 2013 but comprised of members active since the early ‘90s (including ties to Sammath), the band forges a brutal hybrid of black and death metal, layered with eerie keys to amplify its oppressive atmosphere. Paterhexolimaat embodies Kaeck’s uncompromising vision, and sounds absolutely furious, and steeped in darkness. The band's new material feels like an unrelenting continuation of the old-school spirit sharpened into something even more extreme and unconventional.
