Description: Doom metal, stoner rock, and psychedelia all come together in Finnish band Orbiter's heavy music. Carolin Koss, a singer and visual artist of German descent who is based in Helsinki, leads the band which presents an overall convincing dynamic of crushing riffs, dazzling soundscapes, and entrancing vocal melodies. Working with producer Hiili Hiilesmaa (HIM, Apocalyptica), the band began recording their first full length album in 2022. They have signed with Argonauta Records, and plan to release the record in 2023. The most recent reveal from the album is lead single Raven Bones which displays both the core and the development of Orbiter's sound and songwriting quality.
