It is a great album full of death metal contentment, incorporating elements from both the old school and modern facets of the genre. The group presents thought-provoking philosophical lyrical ideas, like in the highlight track Decaying Sleep which is essentially all about perpetual deception and manipulation. The song presents a peek at society's shadow side and demonstrates how one can be forced to commit terrible atrocities, while it demonstrates the forceful sound which Tomb of Minerva achieve.
