Description: Death metal supergroup Black Water Sunset consists of members of Nile, Exhumed, Gruesome, Freak Kitchen, Discovery of an Afterlife, and Emulsified Flesh. The band's music is undoubtedly based in classic death metal with thrash and progressive metal influences. Abyss is part of the group's solid album Engraved Spectral Aeons, and features unholy guitar riffing which delineates the music's all around demonic nature. The imaginative portrayal of the mythical demon known as the Dybbuk in the album combines mythology and horror to create a fairly compelling narrative.
